Do you want to stay connected to your customer? Do you wish you could respond right away rather than after the feedback hits social media and it's too late?

Use CloseLoop to create surveys, ratings and real-time notifications to maximize positive customer interactions.

Step 1 – Type in your organization name and select an industry.

Step 2 – Click “Create My App”.

Step 3 – Follow instructions to customize icons. Click “All Done” to proceed or “Start Over”.

Step 4 – Click “I Am Done” to continue to the registration screen. Submit a name, email and password. The email and password you choose will be used to access your customized dashboard at www.closeloop.com.

Step 5 – Click the “Login” tab to sign in and review your dashboard. From the dashboard screen you can edit the launch screen that your customers view, customize surveys, questions and ratings for each icon from the “Additional Setups” tab or review reports from the last day, the last week, or the last month.

CloseLoop is a three-tiered system that provides instant microfeedback to you and immediate response for customers.

Tier 1 is the user interface. Print off signs with QR codes to place in your establishment - the front desk, tabletops, countertops, bathrooms, anywhere! Customers scan the QR code from these signs or use SMS on their smartphones. Their needs are met with the push of a button - staying connected to you with a click!

Tier 2 is the CloseLoop app. You and your management team log into the CloseLoop app and address customer microfeedback via push notifications.

Tier 3 is CloseLoop's SaaS solution. Login to customize the user experience for your customers via their smartphone. Create surveys, gather customer ratings, or simply know immediate customer attention is needed. Collect contact information for future marketing efforts.
